Sacred Spice Perfume Oil

This is a unique perfume oil that has a scent blend from herbal infusions that give a warm, spicy, a little lemony but also slightly sweet scent. This not only has an amazing aroma, but it also has properties in the oil that help to reduce stress and anxiety, promoting calm and relaxation!

Frankincense has a woodsy, earthy smell which can ground you by helping to calm the mind and reduce stress levels. In fact, a study published in 2008 found that frankincense topically was able to activate channels in the brain which help to alleviate the symptoms of depression.

Myrrh has a sedative scent & is known to lift negative moods, promote the feeling of being grounded, and encourage the feeling of spiritual awakening. Myrrh’s woody aroma is warm, uplifting, purifying, and restorative, making you feel safer, more stable, and secure.

Vanilla is effective in suppressing depression because vanilla’s uplifting fragrance stimulates a part of your brain, called olfactory, which is responsible for regulating mood. Neurotransmitters are then released and create a pleasantly uplifting effect, helping to combat insomnia and leaving you with a satisfying sense of peace and relaxation.

Cloves can calm the nerves which makes them great for combating stress and anxiety. They induce hormones that regulate stress and lift up your mood. They are a mental stimulator, mood booster, energizer, and an aphrodisiac--even in very small amounts.

How to use:
Roll on pulse points: neck, chest, inner elbow, wrist. A pulse point is an area on your body where your heart pulse can be felt. These are the best spots to apply scent, due to the warmth of your blood. You want to press in to place so the perfume oil sits below the skin in the pulse point and not above the skin where it can slowly die away over the day. The points are located behind your ear, around your collar bone and neck, on your wrist and inside your elbow.
