This jar of luscious creamy goodness is pure medicine. No essential oils added, full of both plant butters and grass fed tallow with the addition of herbal infused oils, it is like nourishing food for your skin!

With the sensitive folks in mind, I wanted to offer something that was able to heal deeply without any extra fluff. Just pure, healing ingredients to soothe and calm inflamed and irritated skin. This is great for dry, cracked skin and eczema. Can be used anywhere on the body. If you don't have sensitive skin on your face, you may use it as your own discretion. This is also wonderful to use on bruises, rashes, minor cuts and burns.

So what's inside?

Grass fed tallow is a deeply moisturizing addition to your skincare routine. It is ultra rich in the same kinds of lipids that are found naturally in youthful, healthy looking skin. Grass fed tallow also contains fat-soluble Vitamins A, D, E & K. All intrinsically balanced by nature, with no further improvement or enrichment needed.

Mango butter contains great amounts of vitamins A and C. As you know, Vitamin C is amazing for healing and regenerating your skin. The Vitamin C in mango butter helps it to boost the skin, brightening it, while the Vitamin A helps to increase the skin’s youthful appearance, reducing fine lines. The skin doesn’t soak it up right away, so allowing the butter to serve as an extra protective barrier on the surface of your skin and lips allow them to hydrate and heal!

Kokum butter helps retain moisture by forming a protective barrier on the skin’s surface, which reduces the loss of water and keeps your skin hydrated. It contains both vitamins E and A, kokum butter is also beneficial in treating irritated skin, soothe windburn, dry patches, sunburn, abrasions, and even diaper rashes on babies (also due to its antifungal and antibacterial properties). You can also apply to scars to minimize their appearance.

Comfrey has been shown to reduce inflammation, reduce pain and speed skin healing. It contains allantoin, a substance believed to promote healing by stimulating the growth of new cells.

Plantain is sometimes called the “band aid” plant because it has a very soothing, anti-inflammatory effect on skin due to iridoids. It also contains aglycone and aucubigenin – which have documented antibacterial properties – and allantoin, which supports skin healing.

Marshmallow root infusion may provide anti-inflammatory benefits as it helps to soothe irritation as it hydrates skin. It can help with bites, sun burns and rashes but it is also antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and contains immunomodulatory effects.

Lavender may help protect the skin against environmental stressors and is a natural antioxidant that may work to prevent and reverse disease. The anti-fungal properties of lavender can have anti-itch and anti-inflammatory effects and can contribute to the improvement of acne. It can also speed the healing of burns, cuts, scrapes, and wounds, and may also help with scarring.

Chamomile has been used in traditional medicine for centuries, commonly as an anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, [and] mild astringent. Due to these properties, chamomile is an excellent choice to reduce the appearance of blemishes. By applying to the skin immediately upon the first sign of a spot, chamomile can reduce bacteria, helping to prevent the blemish from growing, as well as reduce any inflammation, helping to improve any swelling.

Organic grass-fed tallow infused with chamomile, rose, plantain, comfrey, marshmallow root & lavender buds, refined coconut oil, and raw unrefined organic mango butter and organic cold-pressed jojoba, hexane-free castor, and avocado oil.
