Eye Recovery Balm

This under-eye & lip balm is one of my favorite offerings. It smells like a coffee shop and feels like butter. and I even rub it all over my hands and face sometimes! There's something about smelling like coffee all day that I just love.

Coffee is a rich source of antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties which not only helps lighten dark circles but also reduces puffiness and bags under the eyes. The caffeine content in coffee helps improve blood circulation which can further help reduce the appearance of those dreaded dark circles.

Green Tea has many useful properties that make it beneficial. First, it can be used as an astringent. This means it has the property to constrict and shrink body tissue. Second, it is an antioxidant. This means it neutralizes free radicals in the body. It also has anti-inflammatory and anti-aging properties as it inhibits the breakdown of collagen, which keeps the skin firm and elastic.

Cardamom contains vitamin C, which improves the flow of blood to all parts of the body, and also, contains oxidants that suppress the damage caused by free radicals. The skin benefits of cardamom can be attributed to its antibacterial and antioxidant properties.

Jasmine is known for its soothing and moisturizing properties and its ability to improve the overall appearance of the skin. Cold-infused jasmine blossoms create an oil rich in antioxidants and is said to have anti-inflammatory and anti-aging properties. Jasmine is also believed to have a skin-lightening effect.

To use: apply gently to upper and lower eyelids and undereye tissues after cleansing and as needed. This will last a long time as you only need a little bit daily!

Organic cold-pressed jojoba & hexane-free castor infused oils with arabica coffee beans, jasmine flowers, vanilla bean, cardamom & green tea, organic cold-pressed black seed & squalane oil, and yellow beeswax.
